Can i come on my own?
Yes of course! We keep our group sizes supers small so most women join as a solo traveller, it’s the best way to go on a proper adventure with a whole new gang of like minded ladies.
how fit do I need to be?
Each of our trips have their own requirements, we try to offer something for everyone and teach new skills. Some challenges require a good level of fitness so that you enjoy the route but any doubts just get in touch.
DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Yes, travel insurance is a must. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the appropriate insurance to cover you for all aspects this trip, including cancellation.
