An intro to the wild

Each day will bring new challenges and discoveries as we cross the rugged terrain, setting up camp in a different location every night. From boreal forests to pristine lakeshores, you'll experience the true essence of wild camping under the vast Finnish skies. Our accommodation options range from cosy wilderness cabins to lightweight tents, ensuring a comfortable yet authentic experience in the heart of nature.

But this adventure isn't just about conquering the elements – it's also about connecting with the land and learning from its inhabitants. Throughout the journey, your guide will share their knowledge of Finnish nature, teaching you to identify native flora and fauna and even how to forage for wild berries, a staple of Finnish cuisine.

As the week draws to a close, we'll embark on a serene canoe trip across the tranquil waters of Lake Pyhäjärvi, offering a moment of reflection and tranquility amidst the rugged beauty of the Arctic landscape.
